The easiest way to reach us is by phone or email — we answer personally and in your own language. You are also always welcome to visit our office in Fuengirola. We are centrally located, within walking distance of most parts of town.

How to reach us

When you contact us, you rarely need to prepare anything specific. Just briefly describe your matter — a new policy, a change to an existing one, a claim, or a general question — and we will take it from there. If we need more documentation, we will tell you exactly what we need and the easiest way to send it.

When something has happened

If you have just been in an accident, suffered damage or need urgent help, get in touch as soon as it is practical. We guide you through the first steps, help with the contact towards AXA and make sure the claim moves through the right channels. The sooner we hear about it, the smoother the whole process tends to be.

If you are not yet a client

Think about whether there is anything specific you would like to compare — perhaps coverage you already have and would like to improve or simplify. Bring (or email) your current policy documents and the amounts involved. That way we can quickly show what the AXA alternative would look like for your specific situation, both in price and in content.

You are also welcome to just come and talk through your situation. We never charge for advice itself — you should be able to make up your mind calmly and unpressured. The goal is that after we speak, you have a clearer overview of your insurance in Spain, whether you choose us or not.
